Identity, credential, document, and application information must be authentic, current, and attributable to the submitting person or authorized business representative.
Professionals must maintain every license, credential, and insurance policy required by the activity, market, jurisdiction, and selected workspace.
Operators must prove facility authority, readiness, truthful capability publication, governed access, and ongoing safety operations.
Applicants, professionals, and operators must use personal, identity, client, and operational data only for legitimate BOOK'D purposes.
Minimum conduct, safeguarding, service accuracy, incident reporting, and client-boundary requirements for BOOK'D professionals.
Shared and private spaces must be used only for approved activities and returned safely and professionally.
