Government identity and selfie/liveness verification, where required and lawfully enabled, is performed by an approved verification provider after explicit consent. Applicants may not alter, fabricate, borrow, sell, or misrepresent identity, license, insurance, ownership, inspection, or business documents. Material changes and expirations must be reported. BOOK'D stores normalized verification results and references, not raw face geometry in public application tables.

Enforcement
Unresolved identity or document integrity concerns block approval and may trigger fraud review, suspension, or permanent removal.
