Book’D respects creative freedom but prohibits content that:
Booking Requirements
- All studio bookings must be made online and prepaid.
- Select your package tier (Audio-Only, Video+Audio, or Premium) at booking.
- Add-ons must be selected at time of booking; availability not guaranteed for walk-up requests.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your session for setup orientation.
Equipment Usage
- Use all equipment only as intended and per posted instructions.
- Do not adjust, move, or modify equipment without staff approval.
- Personal equipment may be used but must be approved in advance.
- Report any equipment issues immediately; do not attempt repairs.
- Damage due to misuse will be billed to the renter at replacement cost.
Content Delivery
- Raw Files: Delivered via secure download link within 24 hours of session
- Edited Content: Delivered within 5 business days of session
- Social Clips: Delivered within 3 business days of session
- Download Links: Expire 30 days after delivery
- File Formats: WAV/MP3 for audio; MP4 for video
Guest Policy
- Standard packages include up to 2 guests (3 total including host).
- Additional guests require Extra Guest Setup add-on ($20 each).
- Maximum studio capacity: 6 persons including host.
- All guests must sign a release form before recording.
Content Guidelines
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Contains explicit sexual content (unless disclosed in advance)
- Violates intellectual property rights of others
- Promotes illegal activities
- Misrepresents affiliation with Book’D
