BOOK’D Workspace Use Agreement

1. Reserved use
A confirmed workspace booking permits the identified user to use the specified professional workspace during the recorded period and for the authorized activity. It does not transfer ownership or create an exclusive right outside that reservation. The booking identifies the responsible location operator, workspace, equipment/capabilities, approved participants and operating rules.
2. Readiness and arrival
Eligibility, commissioned capabilities, operating readiness and the venue’s entry method determine whether a reservation can be fulfilled. Follow the supplied arrival instructions. Staff-assisted entry requires the configured coverage; connected access is provided only where enabled and commissioned. Visitor arrival records do not grant independent entry rights.
3. Time and conduct
Begin and end within the reserved period, including any cleanup or turnover obligations stated in the booking. Request an extension through the governed workflow; remaining in a space does not automatically extend permission. Keep the space safe, protect shared equipment, observe sanitation requirements and do not introduce unapproved guests or activities.
4. Price and cancellation
The recorded price, currency, purchased add-ons, deposit requirements and cancellation policy apply. Review them before commitment. Payment and refund status are determined by recorded provider outcomes. An operational disruption is handled through the recovery workflow rather than an unrecorded promise of a substitute or refund.
5. Condition and incidents
Report arrival conditions, damage, missing equipment or unsafe conditions promptly and provide relevant evidence. Incident charges require the applicable review process; a report alone is not proof that a charge is owed. Use the supported dispute workflow or contact support if you disagree with a determination. Historical booking and incident records are preserved.
