BOOK’D Terms of Service
BookD Incorporated · Version 1 · Effective 9/29/2026
1. Who provides the platform
BookD Incorporated operates BOOK’D, a platform for discovering professional services and reserving professional workspace. The listing and checkout identify the professional or venue responsible for the service or space. BOOK’D administers the platform and its own facilities; an independently operated listing does not make its operator or professional an employee of BOOK’D.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create a transactional account, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only authority granted to you. Identity, licensing, insurance and application approval may be required for particular activities. Account context selection does not grant permission to another person’s records or location. Do not share an account to avoid verification or restrictions.
3. Bookings and commitments
A submitted request, temporary hold or pending payment is not a confirmed booking. Rely on the status recorded in your BOOK’D account. Before confirming, review the service or workspace, fulfillment location, time zone, duration, price, fees, payment timing, cancellation rules, arrival instructions and any eligibility requirements. The transaction’s preserved terms control that transaction; later listing edits do not retroactively change its recorded commitments.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Pay only through the approved checkout or the payment method stated in the booking. The checkout identifies the amount and currency before you commit. Deposits, outstanding balances, cancellation charges and no-show consequences follow the policy attached to the transaction. Request cancellation or a refund through your account or support. A refund request is distinct from provider approval and completion; the account shows its recorded status. Provider processing and the receiving financial institution can affect when money appears.
5. Safe and authorized use
Follow the venue’s operating rules and the Acceptable Use Policy. Staff-assisted entry and connected access are different entry methods; confirmation does not authorize entry outside the permitted period or use by unapproved persons. Report unsafe conditions, equipment failures and access problems promptly. Do not use a space or service that the platform or responsible operator has placed on hold.
6. Content and reviews
You retain rights in content you submit. You permit BOOK’D and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the relevant account, listing, transaction or support case. Submit only content you have permission to use. Reviews must reflect a completed eligible appointment and comply with moderation rules. Do not publish another person’s sensitive information. Professionals may respond to reviews of their own services.
7. Restrictions and service changes
BOOK’D may restrict an account or listing for nonpayment, failed eligibility, unauthorized access, unsafe conduct or a material policy violation. Restrictions do not erase outstanding obligations or required records. Where a confirmed booking becomes disrupted, use the recorded recovery workflow for an available substitute, cancellation or refund determination. BOOK’D does not promise uninterrupted access to a third-party provider.
8. Questions and policy versions
Use the account Support workspace or the contact form at /about/contact for questions, corrections, disputes and accessibility assistance. Include the relevant booking or case reference. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable. Material changes are published as a new version, with renewed consent where required. The version associated with your acceptance and transaction remains identifiable.
