1. The selected plan
The selected published plan identifies its price, currency, billing interval and benefits. Membership purchases are available only when the plan and payment provider have been commissioned. A marketing description or disabled checkout does not establish an active subscription or an entitlement.
2. Recurring authorization
Before purchase, review and expressly accept the recurring price and interval displayed in checkout. The subscription renews under the provider’s recorded schedule unless canceled. Provider-confirmed status and the current paid period determine benefits; returning from checkout alone does not activate them.
3. Managing and canceling
Open Your membership to view the recorded plan and period. Use secure membership management to update the payment method, review invoices or cancel. The provider displays the cancellation’s effective date. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, eligible benefits continue until that period ends; immediate termination or other outcomes follow the applicable provider record.
4. Payment failures and benefits
Payment failures can suspend benefits and require an updated payment method. Past-due, expired or canceled membership does not confer active benefits beyond the applicable confirmed period. Membership never overrides identity, professional licensing, resource readiness, payment obligations or a venue’s operating rules. It does not guarantee that a particular workspace or appointment time will be available.
5. Changes and disputes
Material plan or recurring-price changes must be disclosed before they apply as required. The account records subscription updates and applicable policy versions. For an unexpected charge, cancellation issue or benefit discrepancy, open a support case and include the subscription or invoice reference. Refunds require the applicable determination and provider result rather than a browser-only confirmation.
