BOOK’D Professional Marketplace Agreement

1. Independent professional responsibilities
You are responsible for the services you offer, accurate pricing and descriptions, required qualifications and insurance, safe performance and lawful business conduct. Approval to join BOOK’D does not replace a required professional license or permit. Public listing and accepting appointments are separate governed states.
2. Publication and fulfillment
Publish only services you can fulfill at an allowed professional location, mobile service area, partner location or compatible BOOK’D workspace. Maintain availability and blocked periods. Workspace-dependent appointments require a matching, operationally eligible resource; a professional appointment does not make unavailable workspace usable.
3. Payments and marketplace fees
Complete the provider’s onboarding and the required BOOK’D billing authorization before transactional publication. The applicable service price, deposit, payment timing and marketplace fee rule are recorded with the appointment. Existing-client protections and source attribution follow the recorded appointment authority. No fee is described as collected until the provider and ledger record it.
4. Appointment actions
Respond to requests within their recorded deadline. Use the platform for acceptance, decline, rescheduling, start, completion, cancellation and permitted no-show recording. Do not mark an unperformed service completed to obtain payment or a review. Refunds and disputes follow the preserved policy and provider reconciliation.
5. Profiles, reviews and access
Keep public profile information current and publish only media you have permission to use. Clients can review eligible completed appointments; professional responses must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Staff or agents may act only within granted authority. Revocation ends that authority without deleting the historical work or transaction records.
