BookD Incorporated · Version 1 · Effective 9/29/2026

1. Permitted activity

Use BOOK’D for lawful professional services, authorized workspace use and related account operations. Use only equipment, capabilities, rooms and participants permitted by the confirmed booking and venue rules. Maintain the credentials, insurance and standards required for your activity.

2. Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate another person; fabricate qualifications, insurance, reviews or identity evidence; bypass payment or eligibility; share access codes with unauthorized persons; damage property; harass others; discriminate unlawfully; or use the platform for unlawful transactions. Do not submit malware, exploit an account or integration, scrape private records, interfere with availability, or attempt to elevate your permissions.

3. Content and communications

Submit accurate listings and respectful messages. Do not publish passwords, access credentials, private documents or another person’s sensitive information. Do not post content that infringes another party’s rights. Reviews must arise from eligible completed appointments and must not be purchased, fabricated or used to threaten the professional or client.

4. Safety and enforcement

Report unsafe conditions and misconduct through the operator or Support workspace. Leave an unsafe area and seek appropriate emergency assistance when necessary; BOOK’D support is not an emergency response service. BOOK’D may preserve evidence, restrict accounts or listings and coordinate with the responsible operator. Relevant records and outstanding obligations remain governed after a restriction.
