STEP 2

Eligibility is checked automatically.

When a professional selects a workspace, BOOK'D checks their Passport against the workspace requirements. If the professional has the right licensing, credentials and insurance, the booking proceeds. If not, the system explains what is missing.

STEP 3

Book and pay with full transparency.

Two separate transactions. Workspace commerce pays the operator for the room. Service commerce pays the professional for the work. Both prices are visible before you confirm. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.

STEP 4

Arrive with everything confirmed.

When the booking is confirmed, both the professional and the client receive access details. The operator sees the incoming booking on Facility Command. The workspace is prepared. Everyone knows what to expect.

STEP 5

Work with support. Recover when plans change.

During the session, Concierge is available for real-time support. If something goes wrong—a workspace becomes unavailable, a professional needs to reschedule, or equipment fails—BOOK'D activates recovery. Substitute workspaces, rescheduling options and cancellation policies are all handled through the platform.
