Renters are fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and actions of all clients and guests they bring onto Book’D premises. Any damage, injury, or policy violation caused by a client or guest will be attributed to the renter who admitted them.
Renter Responsibility for Clients & Guests
Client Supervision Requirements
- Clients must be accompanied by their service provider (renter) at all times.
- Clients may not remain at Book’D before or after their scheduled service.
- Clients may use the waiting area only while waiting for their provider.
- Clients may not use any amenities (shampoo bowls, laundry, etc.) unless as part of their service.
Children Policy
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
- Children may not run, play, or create disturbances in the facility.
- Renters may refuse service if children cannot be adequately supervised.
Guest Conduct Standards
- All clients and guests must maintain professional, respectful behavior.
- Loitering in hallways, common areas, or outside the building is prohibited.
- Harassment, threatening behavior, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Clients and guests must comply with all Book’D policies and staff instructions.
Removal of Clients & Guests
- Book’D reserves the right to remove any client or guest who violates policies.
- Book’D staff may request identification from any person on premises.
- Repeated violations by a renter’s clients may result in renter suspension.
- Law enforcement will be contacted if necessary for safety or security.
Personal Property Disclaimer
Book’d is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Renters should advise their clients accordingly. Book’d does not provide storage, lockers, or secure areas for client belongings.
