Notice: video surveillance cameras are in operation in common areas, hallways, and building entrances/exits for security purposes. By entering book’d premises, you consent to video recording. Cameras are not present in private suites, treatment rooms, or restrooms.

If any provision of these Terms or any policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with the Rental/License Agreement, Liability Waiver, all policies referenced herein, and any amendments, constitute the entire agreement between Book’D and the renter. No oral statements or prior written materials not specifically incorporated herein shall be binding.
