Event Types Permitted
- Professional workshops and training sessions
- Product launches and demonstrations
- Networking events and mixers
- Industry education classes
- Private business meetings
Security Deposit
- $250 refundable security deposit required for all event rentals.
- Deposit collected at time of booking.
- Deposit refunded within 7 business days if no damages or violations.
- Deposit may be applied to cleaning fees, damages, or violations.
Event Host Responsibilities
- Host is responsible for all attendees and their conduct.
- Host must remain on premises for duration of event.
- Host must ensure space is cleaned and reset before departure.
- Host must maintain event within booked time window.
- Host must provide Book’D with event details 7 days in advance.
Catering & Alcohol
- Outside catering permitted with advance notice.
- All food service must comply with local health codes.
- Alcohol service requires separate written approval from Book’D management.
- If alcohol approved, host must provide licensed bartender and proof of liquor liability insurance.
- Additional deposit may be required for events with alcohol service.
