Book’D management has sole discretion to interpret and enforce all policies. Decisions regarding violations, penalties, and terminations are final. Renters may submit written appeals within 7 days of any penalty, but Book’D is not obligated to modify its decision.

Progressive Discipline
For non-severe violations, Book’D follows a progressive discipline process:
- Step 1 — Verbal Warning: Documented in renter file
- Step 2 — Written Warning: Sent via email; remains on file for 12 months
- Step 3 — Suspension: 7–90 days depending on severity
- Step 4 — Termination: Permanent ban; no refunds
Immediate Termination Offenses
The following will result in immediate, permanent termination without warning:
- Violence or threats of violence
- Possession or use of illegal drugs
- Sexual harassment or misconduct
- Theft or intentional property damage
- Operating without required professional license
- Providing services that endanger client safety
