Cleaning Requirement

All renters must clean and reset their space before departure. Failure to properly clean your space will result in a $25 cleaning fee charged to your payment method on file. Repeated violations may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Suite/Station Cleaning Checklist

Complete ALL items before leaving:
  • Wipe down styling chair/treatment bed with approved disinfectant
  • Clean and sanitize all counters and work surfaces
  • Wipe mirrors with glass cleaner (no streaks)
  • Sanitize all tools used during services
  • Sweep or vacuum floors (including under chair)
  • Dispose of all trash in designated bins
  • Remove all personal belongings
  • Return all furniture to original position
  • Turn off any equipment you used
  • Check floor for hair clippings (sweep if necessary)

Shampoo Bowl Cleaning

  • Rinse bowl thoroughly after use
  • Remove all hair from drain catch
  • Wipe down bowl, faucet, and surrounding counter
  • Clean neck rest with disinfectant
  • Wipe any water from floor around bowl

Podcast Studio Cleaning

  • Wipe microphones with approved cleaning wipes (no liquids)
  • Clean headphone ear cups with disinfectant wipes
  • Wipe desk and table surfaces
  • Return all equipment to designated positions
  • Power down equipment per posted instructions
  • Remove all personal items and notes
  • Turn off lights before leaving
