Book’D utilizes smart lock technology to provide secure, time-limited access to all spaces.
Access Code System
- Unique Codes: Each booking generates a unique, random access code.
Delivery: Codes are delivered via email and SMS 10 minutes before booking start time. - Validity Window: Codes are valid from 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after the booking window.
- Expiration: Codes automatically expire and become invalid after the booking window.

Code Sharing Prohibition
Access codes are strictly non-transferable.
- Codes may only be used by the registered renter who made the booking.
- Sharing codes with any person, including colleagues, friends, or family, is prohibited.
- Posting codes online or sharing via social media is prohibited.
- Clients may be admitted by the renter but may not possess or use the access code.

| Forced entry or lock tampering | $500 fine + permanent ban + legal action |
| Propping doors open | $50 fine + written warning |

- Contact Book’D support immediately for code resend.
- Do not attempt to enter without a valid code; contact support for assistance.
