Membership Terms & Conditions

Billing

  • Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on the anniversary of signup.
  • All membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of membership benefits until resolved.

Auto-Renewal

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before renewal will be effective the following billing cycle.

Elite 24/7 Access Responsibilities

  • Elite members with 24/7 access agree to secure all entry points upon departure.
  • Elite members may not grant access to non-members or share credentials.
  • Failure to secure the premises may result in membership revocation.

Benefit Transferability

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
  • Sharing discounts, access codes, or credentials with non-members is prohibited.

Changes to Benefits

  • Book’D reserves the right to modify membership pricing and benefits with 30 days’ advance written notice.
